Mission Statement:
LiveWell Housing is dedicated to tackling homelessness by providing safe, secure and supportive supported housing in Coventry for individuals who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or facing challenges related to substance misuse and mental health. We offer transitional supported accommodation and practical support to help individuals rebuild their lives, develop independence and work towards a more stable future.
We work to build a clear route from homelessness to long-term stability through well-managed supported housing, halfway homes, temporary accommodation, and permanent housing by working with our partners—each stage strengthened by access to vital support services.
The Challenge:
Homelessness remains a critical issue across the UK, including Coventry, where individuals face barriers to securing stable housing and rebuilding their lives. Local authorities, charities and support organisations need reliable housing partners to provide quality supported accommodation and practical, person-centred support.
