Our Supported Housing service provides safe accommodation alongside structured support to help individuals develop life skills, improve wellbeing, and move towards independent living. We work with vulnerable adults, care leavers, and anyone needing extra guidance to rebuild their lives.

Safe & Secure Housing

Providing clean, well-maintained, monitored accommodation where residents feel safe, supported, and able to rebuild stability in a secure environment.

1-2-1 Support

Dedicated keyworker sessions offering personalised guidance, goal-setting, emotional support, and practical help to promote progress and independence

Wrap around care

Holistic, person-centred support covering wellbeing, daily living, guidance, and crisis assistance to ensure every resident receives complete, continuous care.

Skills & Education

Providing life skills training, education pathways, employment workshops, and personal development opportunities to empower residents for future independence.

Pathway services

We work together with local authorities, housing organisations and landlords to help our residents with clear move-on plans that guide residents from supported living to fully independent, long-term, sustainable housing.

Financial support

Helping residents manage rent, benefits, budgeting, and financial responsibilities to maintain stability and avoid debt or housing breakdown.

 24/7 On-Call Support

A dedicated support team is always available to assist with emergencies, concerns, or wellbeing needs

Wellbeing & Emotional Support

Support for mental health, resilience, confidence-building, and coping strategies.

One-to-One Keyworker Sessions

Regular key work sessions to monitor and encourage progress, identify goals, and provide emotional and practical support.

Budgeting & Financial support

Supporting residents to manage finances more effectively and learn budgeting methods is a crucial part of maintaining independent living

Cooking & Nutrition

Our cooking and nutrition workshops encourage healthy eating, learning how to cook within a budget and also used as a therapy for relaxation and enjoyment

Move-On Pathways

We work closely with our residents, local authorities, landlords and housing organisations to allow residents to transition into independent living when they are ready

Get in touch with a LiveWell Housing officer, or ask your current key worker at the organisation you are with so send a referral form and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

If you are self referring please, fill in and send a referral, Risk Assessment & SAM forms to info@livewellsocialhousing.co.uk. If you need supported filling in your referral form, please call us on 0330 0439 445 and one of our housing officers will assist you.
